Our Offering
Tendering:
- Reviewing specifications and documents (Tender and Construction)
- Calculating material quantities from drawings For tender and construction purposes.
- Estimating costs Based off your labour costs.
- Obtaining quotes for equipment, concrete supply, and materials.
- Reviewing contracts and scopes of work, with the option for third-party legal review. Always have the intention of de-risking your contracts and scopes.
- Reviewing head contract programs.
- Drafting tender letters.
- Communicating with your client as needed as your representative.
- Representing you at tender meetings, either online or in person.
- Negotiation and acceptance of contract sum On your behalf.
Project Management:
- Providing drawings during construction for your team - marked up, with set-out dimensions and reduced levels to the detail needed.
- Providing marked-up construction drawings with relevant details and notes.
- Managing requests for information (RFIs) from identification to closure for construction issues.
- Creating a detailed construction program aligned with the head contract program.
- Reviewing updated drawings and identifying changes (for variations and construction).
- Engage with your site supervisors/engineers to capture updates and changes.
- Identifying scope changes and gaps, providing quotations for these changes.
- Representing you at variation meetings with your client.
- Offering construction methodologies.
- Advising on defects, responsibilities, and rectification methodologies.
- Presenting and submitting progress claims Based on works completed to date.
- Monitor budgets and provide regular financial updates.
- Coordinate site work (from a little to everything, depending on your teams capabilities and how much you want to see us).
- Site visits and check-ins as required (fly from Brisbane, QLD).
Health and Safety:
- Conducting, and creating risk assessments, or assisting with templates for different plant and equipment, or hazardous chemicals.
- Developing project-specific Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) For high risk construction work.
- Assisting in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for standard work not classified as high risk construction work.
- Establishing procedures for incident reporting and investigation.
- Assist in the recording, investigation, presentation and close out of investigations.
- Creating safety management plans specific to your scope and the project.
- Provide safety audits and reviews of documentation and in accordance with relevant WHS legislation.
Quality:
- Developing quality management plans.
- Providing Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) templates.
- Provide audits of quality documentation in accordance with contract obligations and to de-risk contracts.
